Our wedding was at Rosecliff in Newport, R.I. which involved selecting from Rosecliffs list of four approved caterers. We selected Plantation. Kim immediately put us at ease with her outgoing personality and unending list of vendor resources. Not being from the east coast, this was of huge value because we wanted to ensure we were working with quality vendors in all aspects. The tasting was a fun event with the chef present to provide alternatives and accommodate our unique suggestions on our personalized menu. We received feedback from most guests regarding the high quality of the selections. Everyone mentioned the food was delicious and felt we tailored the menu to their tastes. This was evidence that we anticipated our guests preferences and Plantation seamlessly carried out the physical presentation at various food stations. The displays were sophisticated and fitting with our wedding theme. Of notable importance to us, the food was fresh, being that we try to eat local whenever possible.
